Frequently Asked Questions

We have answered the questions you may have before your session. For anything you cannot find here, our branches will be happy to help.

How often should I get a massage?

It depends on your needs and goals. For general relaxation and stress management, one session a month is a good start. For chronic tension, intense training or pain in a specific area, two sessions a month or one a week may be more effective. Your therapist will plan the right frequency with you.

How do I choose the right massage?

Don’t worry if you are unsure. In a short consultation before your session we talk about your tension areas, pressure preference and expectations, and your therapist recommends the most suitable massage. Our elemental massages (Water, Earth, Fire) also make it easy to choose based on how you feel that day.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your appointment so you can enjoy your full session time and complete the consultation without rushing.

Do I need to undress completely?

No. Undress only to the level you feel comfortable with. Some guests undress fully, others keep their underwear on. You will be given privacy to undress.

Will I be covered during the session?

Yes. You stay covered with a towel or sheet throughout; only the area being worked on is uncovered, and never without your consent. You can tell your therapist at any time if you feel uncomfortable.

Can I choose the pressure?

Of course. Just tell your therapist before or during the session if you would like lighter or firmer pressure. A massage should feel good, not painful.

Can I get a massage while pregnant?

Yes, we offer a dedicated Prenatal Massage for expectant mothers, using supported and comfortable positions. We recommend getting your doctor’s approval and telling your therapist how far along you are before the session.

I have a health condition — can I still have a massage?

If you have a chronic condition, recent surgery, high blood pressure, a skin condition or take medication, please inform your therapist before the session and consult your doctor if needed. We will adapt your session accordingly.

What are therapeutic massage add-ons?

Add-ons such as the aromatherapy ritual, hot stones and cupping are complementary treatments that enhance your session. They cannot be booked on their own; they are added to the massage or spa ritual you choose.

Who are your therapists?

Our team consists of physiotherapists and experienced, trained massage therapists. Every session is planned by listening to the guest’s needs.
